I need a program that can encode MP3s, LAME, OGG and anything else at different types of bitrates. I really like simple and skinny programs that are "to the point" with many configurations. Give me your opinions on what is the best program for my case. I do not judge based on "this is free" or "that is only a trial" so give me ALL your opinions. Thanks.
