need a little help

okay first what is the best bios for the game cube ether for the mod chip way or the soft mod all i need to do is play games that i dont have for the xbox or ps2 nothing more then burning my back ups on to disks and playing them so is there any diff and can i put dvd-r's into the game cube?

 

I prefer the Qoob Pro BIOS, but GCoS works great as well.

And yeah, you can use DVD-Rs.
