I have an mp4 that contains 2 audio streams, audio 1 is a foreign language and audio 2 is English. I have tried a few programs but they only convert with the first stream so this is no good to me. I eventually tried AVS4You which has the ability to select the English stream (in the Advanced menu) but it resulted in audio/video out of sync. I was able to correct this delay in VirtualDubMod by inserting an 150ms correction. This method is time consuming. I am looking for a program that someone has tried which will enable conversion to avi and selecting my audio2 stream. Free or buy is of no real concern as long as it does a good quality conversion easily.
You want to convert mp4 to avi....not to dvd? Have you tried the freeware converter anyvideoconverter?
Yes, I save my videos as avi. I have just downloaded and tried anyvideoconverter. It doesn't have any option to show multiple audio streams. I need someone to suggest a program that they have used and can do what I want to do please.
You can use Yamb or MP4Muxer to remove the audio that you don't want, then convert to AVI. http://www.videohelp.com/tools/MP4Muxer You should also be able to select the audio you want when using Any_Video_Converter:
