you heard me LIMIT and is CAP and is not go over set amount,if any of you are familiar with the horrors of sat net and their facket (fap bucket) I need something to prevent the net going above 20 or 30 KBS because of the vague KBS limit they place going above 40 or 50KBS is jsut wasting bandwidth for surfing and vid streaming.
