Need advice converting DVD's to avi's wmv's and/or mp3's

    I'm a guitar player & I have software that slows down musical training videos in only 3 formats, avi's wmv's and mp3's. It won't work with the training dvd's I have. How do I convert my dvd's to one of these formats?

    Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

    There are also plenty of free applications to do that, like AutoGK, AlltoAvi, Staxrip, FairUse Wizard...
