I have purchased new pansat 3500sd. It came with b-80 loaded. Downloaded current bin file from pansatusa.com and then loadd channels. When I go to parential control , there is no second pin to get me to cas system , I tried loading 8282 and still nothing. It is picking up the free channels and loaded 240 ,but can't get anywhere to put in keys. Can anyone help me?
