Need audio driver

    I recenly reinstalled windows and now i have no sound and i need the driver it is on board sound and the motherboard details are as follows:

    what is printed on the board itself not on the chipset, such as asus p4pm800 or something like that? what is the make & model# of the computer if not a clone like a dell or hp?
