Need DVD Decoder/software to watch DVD's

    Can someone please let me know where I can download the software to be able to watch DVD's on my Dell latitude CPx. I just purchased the 8X DVD-ROM/Disk Drive Module but it informs me a DVD decoder device or decoder software is required to play movies. I have Windows 2000.
    Please help !
