This software sucks and I have bought quite a few online. They are fast getting your money but when it comes to support at Cucusoft then you can not even get to their support web site or call anybody .... probably a one men show somewhere and he does not checking his emails often.
Try the free trial version of MadZ dvd to ipod/psp video converter 2.5. You get 4 free full dvd conversions (including copyright protected dvds). No strings attached.
