for graphics card, at the price the HD4850 is the best. but if u have a prebuilt computer, its recommended you need to upgrade other parts, like the power supply.
The PSU can't be upgrade in a half-size HP system, neither can you fit in a decent graphics card as only half-length cards are supported. There is one very powerful half-size graphics out there, this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162016 However, before we recommend you buy that one, you ought to find out what the current rating for the 12V line on your power supply is. This info will be written on a sticker on the PSU inside (it's the grey box at the top - you're looking for a figure with A after it, beside/underneath 12V)
Ouch, that's nowhere near powerful enough then. You're best off going for a very weak low-profile card.
