need help badly on mypc

    i need help
    i have p4 xp desktop recently when i start it up it start and then it opens the oper.sys and then its shuts down

    in front led are lit but whenevr i starts its keep happening
    what happened to my pc

    is this motherboard
    iam thinking its not power supply unit.coz all th elights are on

    Try booting up in Safe Mode.

    Does the PC reboot and try loading the operating system again or just sit with a blank screen?

    Also: Change your thread title to be more specific about your problem. We now know what your problem is by reading the thread, but ambiguous thread titles get closed.

    Is it actually rebooting then, or does the screen just go off? The latter indicates a graphics fault, whereas the former could be many different things.

    Could be a graphics fault then. What happens if you boot into safe mode?
