Go to newegg.com and buy this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16837102059) it is Windows XP Home Edition (OEM) and it comes with a windows xp home install cd and your key to register. And its only like 89.99 compared to $200+ at retailers. The only thing you get in the $200+ box at stores is a basic users manual.

The prices for the sites are exactly the same. It all depends on your choice.
