Need help, copied a dvd to my hard drive . . how to make it one single file?

    Ok I have copied a few dvd's to my hard drive. . and now they are all single vlc files.. how I can make the movie all one file so I can watch the whole thing and not have to select each file ones part of the movie is over? I also want to be able to burn them to dvd so I need some help. Thank you.

    Do you mean that the folder consists of a number of .VOB files?
    'VLC' is a media player that can be used to open a DVD directory on the hard drive and play the movie (including menu) without pause.

    yes sorry thats what I meant but I figured it out. . I had nero but didn't know what part of it or what to use and I got it to work now. Thank you.

    also, you can rip to an iso. it will be 1 file. vlc will mount and play the iso with no issue
