Need help decoding an error log

    Please advise:
    Have updated firmware; have updated DVDDecrypter, RipIt4Me, DVDShrink, and Nero. Have reinstalled my DVD Burner. Have tried both Sony and Maxell DVD+R. Have tried various write speeds.

    Hi, not much wrong but this..

    You have Nero 7 instelled over Nero 6. What you need to do is save (write down) your Nero 7 serial number and then run these tools.
    Tool 1
    Tool 2

    Now, reinstall Nero 7 with your serial number that you wrote down :)

    Also, you're burning too slow @ 2.4x. Burn faster @ 4-8x!

    Lastly, it seems your burner isn't too keen on the media you are using. You say you have the latest firmware, well just incase, the latest is 1.08.

    I am having the same problems with nero and dvd shrink just like the post here. I am trying the clean tool and I was wondering how long does it take to clean it, because I selected clean all and it is still in the nero clean mode but it is saying please wait and it has lasted atleast 10 minutes. could you please advise I am using nero 7 not over nero 6. thank you
