Need help desperately with buring an image !!

    I am having huge problems trying to burn an image on to blank DVD+R/+RW. I have an NEC DVD+R/+RW ND-1100A Burner and can successfully make an image of a game but when I come to burn it there is an error.

    I have tried both RecordNow Max and Nero. In RecordNow Max the error said it was bad media but in Nero it said it was a power calibration error. Is this a problem with my burner? Should I try Prassi or other software? I have tried five different types of media so I'm pretty sure its the not problem.

    Please help I don't know what else I can try.
