Need Help - DVD Burn doesnt run on laptop

    I am writing this to help my dad.

    He burned some home videos through an AKAI DVD Recorder he bought.
    The DVD's he made run on most new dvd players and his DELL PC.
    He recently bought a new dell laptop and the dvd comes up and the
    sound is perfect, except the picture is all distorted and the
    frames are totally haywire.

    What can he do? Is there some incompatibility that we can download a software to fix ?

    Any help is apprciated.

    Download the K-Lite Mega Pack and install. Let me know if he still has problems.
