hello im new to the site wondering if anyone know what is causeing my retail dvd the good girl and 2 disney sing along songs not to load all they do in the dvd drive is spin and spin all other dvds load so that i can back them up but these 3 all they do is spin i have win xp pro dvd shrink 3.2 decrypter dvd fab decrypter i have a i/o magic dual format drive and just updated the firmware i just want to know how do i fix this since all other retail dvds i have load on my computer and are able to watch and backup
also with the good girl dvd when its in dvd decrypter when it does finally stop spining the program thinks that there is a blank dvd in the drive
chozn2004 , Welcome to the forum. Sounds like the DVD's you have are not mastered correctly and the .ifo file is not recog. You will need to return it and exchange it for another. You might also try cleaning the DVD-Rom or Burner.
