NEED HELP FAST

when I go to download.com or try to download any file this message shows up
your current security setings do not allow this file to be downloaded

anyone know what should I do

load internet explorer

go to tools > internet options

on the security and privacy tabs click "Default" and then give it a try downloading the file again
