need help finding a good editor to make a harry potter like movie

    Hi i am trying to make a harry potter movie but i cant find a program that i can use to add the effects for when a spell is cast.



    please could any1 help

    Windows Movie Maker is enought for you I think.. :)

    i dont know what your talking about wmm does not have anything like i need i have gone and got a copy of fx home vision lab studios thats what i was after.

    The best programs are:
    Sony Vegas Pro (expensive) and Pinnacle Studio 12 (cheap), if you are searching more advanced video editing software.

    I just thought you were some newbie with video editing software. :)

    okay i will look into those i have been making movies for 2 years now and i would like to try and make a harry potter movie to test a few effects i have made star wars ones using Lsmakes and that was easy enough but vision labs is i big step up.
