what projector would you guys recommend. I am looking for the picture quality to be excellent for movies and my xbox 360. I am looking at projectors simply cuz the price and screen size. should i stick with an LCD or continue looking for projector?
Here's a good place to start: http://www.projectorcentral.com/home-theater-multimedia-projectors.htm If you're mostly watching movies and playing the 360 I would take a serious look at the native 720p projectors. These can easily give you screen sizes of up to 120 inches or more. A 60 inch plasma or LCD would probably cost more even if you factor in the price of a screen. An important factor to consider with projectors is the ability to control ambient light although most of the newer models can handle ambient light effectively.
