I found this one on Amazon, but there's so many other ones on the site and other sites as well:

Can anyone tell me which is the best one to get? I'm want to be able to connect my game console (I know 360 can already be connected, but I want to connect GameCube, PS2, etc.) to the new LCD monitor I'm gonna be getting soon. I would also like to be able to connect a TV tuner to the monitor, and I noticed they have this at Amazon, but there's no reviews, so I'm not sure if that's a really good choice:

Will quality be superior, or at least close to an HDTV display?
Are there any drawbacks to using an adapter?
    Anything else I should know?

most modern consoles support rgb, you just have to get the special cables for them, look for them in your video game isle usually labeled as component cables, if your monitor supports rgb hookups, get a home theatre reciever with rgb in and out and run everything into the reciever then out to the lcd, that will get you the best picture you can

if not you will have to use one of thos adapters from amazon, they put out ok image but will be no where near the color depth or resolution of rgb
