Ditch the 9800pro it's AGP & old so it won't fit your mobo which is PCI-E & go for a 6600GT which is faster and has better future proof features ....ok so it's a little bit more expensive but it's worth it ....
run this program & add 30% to the total. http://www.jscustompcs.com/power_supply/Power_Supply_Calculator.php?cmd=INTEL
The Antec Sonata II has been released - nice case. The power supply has been upgraded to Antec SmartPower 2.0 450W v2.01, a better unit, nicer than the old 380W (which was probably inadequate). http://www.antec.com/us/productDetails.php?ProdID=15139
