I have a movie on my PC and I am not sure of the format as it just says 'Video clip'. It plays perfectly in VLC but when I play in windows media player I lose one of the audio tracks. I mean I can hear all the background noises but no talking. The talking that is there on VLC disapears.

Also when I burn it with nero it also plays without the 'talking' audio track. Can you explain why and how I fix the problem so I can burn with nero.

Video clip means avi. The audio format is probably ac3 and you need to download and install a driver for it.

If you get a program called Gspot it will be able to tell you for sure what format the audio is in.
