you need to also list the IP on your PC connection. Just showing your Xbox settings will not tell anyone if it is set up corectly. Are you using a router? when you set up the FTP what settings did you use? Did you read the how to FTP tutorials? Is your PC connection set up as a static IP or DHCP? The more info you give the easier it will be for people to figure out the problem.
