    First off,

    1. What is your routers IP range
    2. Are you running a Software Firewall (Zone Alarm, Stagonos etc)
    3. What Desktop are you running on your Xbox (eVox, Avalaunch etc)
    4. If your Xbox has auto IP turned on for ease Just set the IP to 192.168.0.200 (or what ever the largest alowable IP is on you router)

Just remember, start with the easiest problem to solve first and just work your way through.

If your router is using DHCP then connect your Xbox to the router and go into your Xbox network settings and enable DHCP on the Xbox and the router will assign it an IP address. Just look and find what IP address the Xbox has in the settings after setting it to DHCP.

Use that IP to conect with whatever FTP server your using on your computer.

Just keep in mind if your router is reset or after turning off your Xbox and turning it on that the router could assign it a diffrent IP address then before.

So if you have trouble conecting threw the FTP check and make sure the router didnt assign a diffrent IP.
