Recheck and make sure all hardware is installed and seated properly. Then start up your computer. As it starts hold down the delete key (sometimes the f2 key. Check your manual). Go into your BIOS and adjust setting per you mobo manual. In BIOS change first boot device to your cd drive. Then insert you windows disc in that drive. Then goto save and exit. Your computer will restart and start installing Windows. Follows the Windows prompts. When Windows is installed go back to BIOS as stated above and change first boot device to your hard drive. save and exit. Then install the drivers you need (sound, chip set, video, ect..). Then you do your updates. Enjoy your new computer.

Windows should have your SATA drivers. Do all other updates after Windows is installed. Let me know how you do.
On your mobo BIOS flash, make sure you have NO virus or spy ware programs running. Or anything else for that matter.
