Hi, I just received a new laptop yesterday and within hours of taking it out of the box am having problems. Upon startup I receive an error message that says: error loading ctccw32.dll. I know this is a result of some things I downloaded yesterday but I cannot figure out how to correct the problem. i'm kinda new to this but this is the problem, i'd hold out till someone backs me up on what to to about it though O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [gfxtray] rundll32 ctccw32.dll,findwnd I'd have thought you'd need to tick this on HJT and fix then reboot in safe mode, search for ctccw32.dll and delete it if it appears, then reboot back into normal mode. As i said i wouldn't take it as read this is what you need to do... i'd also d/l spybot then run and fix, then click on immunise before you go ahead and boot into safe mode. hope this helps
