need help on xbox

please i need help how do i get my xbox of the screen that it saids that my xbox live is updatin my system

 

when did this start happening?

 

about a week ago

 

do you have a mod on there??softmod or Chip....and did you try to go onlive when this happend...

 

i got chip in there and naw i didn't try to go online

 

unplug the xbox and plug it back it then turn it on......if that dont work we will try to ftp and fix the problem....

 

aite ima try about 3 times if it don't work ima tell u and what in da world is dis thing called ftp

how many ethernet ports do you have on your computer??what you will need to do is buy a cross over cable and connect it from the back of your pc to your xbox...and then follow that tutorial...

 

where can i get a crossover cable from
