Hope someone can help with playing an XviD-aAF file. What's the aAF mean? I downloaded VLC media player 9.8 and it didn't recognize the file. I see a ton of these files out there but little on how to play them. Help appreciated.

I believe aAF is the release group, have you extracted the file yet? You should end up with an .avi.

No I haven't "extracted it" - how would I do that?

Download WinRAR, choose the top file with the [IMG]icon, right click and "Extract Here". You should then have an .avi file that you can play with VLC or convert with DVD Flick, or burn with Imgburn if your DVD player supports XviD playback.

Well I'm bumbled around and got it converted - seemed to leave a lot of .rar files around to delete. But now I have one .avi file. Thanks very much for your help!

If you delete those .rar files you will no longer be able to seed. You are welcome.
