NEED HELP PLEASE : My Computer closes itself due to spyware

For two days now, I am not able to access to 'My Computer', or any sub folders in 'My Computer'. When I click the icon, 'My Computer' widow will open for at least 5 seconds and it will automatically closes itself. Further more my desktop icons and my task bars disappear. So I have to hit CtrlAltDel -- new tab -- type in explorer.exe, and my desktops icons and task bars are working again. But 'My computer' window is no longer open.

I have scanned my computer for several times, with the help of Adaware, Cclearner. Currently I'm using NOD32.


I like to know if there is any solution to solve this problem. Thank you in advance.

 

Hey jlfatrix.

Repeat the occurence first. After that, go to your Control Panel, choose the Classic View, and go to Administrative Tools. Open Event Viewer, click on Application, and find the little icon below the menu bar which when you move your mouse over, it says Export List. Click on that icon, and save your list to your desktop or something. Open that saved file, and post the first five lines of it.

I recently re-formatted my laptop, because my window crashed down. So I guess there is nothing much to do now, haha. My laptop is working just fine. Hopefully I will not run into that malware again this time.
