need help please new to site

    hi i'm new to this site and need some help. i,ve got starview box it's been downloaded with the 4.0 my service provider was telewest and is now virgin my bow is no longer working i've rescand my box but it's not picking up any channels i live in the dumbarton area scotland can any one give me any advise

    what did you rescan it with?
    will you press menu then system info and tell us what it says!!
