im about to buy a new ps2 because my old one is wrecked and over here in aus, the big ps2s are $299 when the small ps2s are $239. (i don't get why) i have hd loader and hdd and before i go out and spend the extra money on the old ps2s can someone please tell me if there is anyway at all to use hd loader and hdd on the small ps2s?
fix your current ps2. what is wrong with it? tell me these things and i'll tell you how to fix it. -ps2 version -what is the problem (in detail) -how did it happen? (just turned it on and stopped working, power failure, etc) answer those and hopefully i'll be able to tell you whats wrong with your console, and how to fix it.
- its a version 1,2 or 3 (dunno how to check between them) - it gets disk read errors and is really slow to work, gets loud clicking noises when reading disks, and sometimes doesnt recognise that the memory card or controller are plugged in. - it just gradually gets worse and worse. so is there anyway at all to use hd loader and hdd on the small ps2s?
