Need Help Please

    I am new to all this been doing alot of reading but i need help. I got a movie file that is a avi file that is like 716,00kb. I went to nero and tried buring and the time estimated was like 6hrs. does this sound right or am i doing something wrong? Thanks

    Yes it could Take that long Because the File also has to be encoded and then Burned but you should not use Nero to Create VCD/SVCD or DVD"s because it is well Known for useing one of the Crappiest encoders ever Created....

    If you want to Put this Movie on to DVD and Play it on your DVD Player then Maybe try useing "VSO DivXToDVD"(Free Version) which is Totally easy to use and will produce acceptable results....

    They Do not Offer the Free Version anymore on the VSO Web site but if you PM Me with your e-mail address I can send it to you....

    Minion, aD has the free version available...

    on that same note, DivXtoDVD takes 1 hours on a 2.8 processor for a 2 hour movie and gives you very good results.
