Need help Ripping CD's

    Ok i am wantiing to rip sum Gamecube CD's But i can't, My computer wont read them directly, wat do i do

    not that its a big deal or anything, but gamecube discs are DVDs, not CDs... but anyway, back to the topic. Gamecube discs are specifically made just for the GC, no DVD player in a computer can read them (some say its because GC disc rotate opposite then regular discs, but i dont believe this is the case, i think its just the programming used that computers cant understand).

    to rip a GC game from a disc to your computer (presumably to make a backup), you need a BBA (broadband adapter), PSO (phantasy star online, and a computer network (thru a router of some sorts)... you then have to tweak some settings in PSO to trick it into connecting to your computer, then running a program on your computer to create an image of the disc (.iso file)... i dont know all the details about how to do it (i dont own a BBA or PSO, so i download the .iso's of games i own, cant say where though, think thats against the rules here)... to get some more information, there should be a sticky topic (always at the top) about back-uping GC games...
