which is the best way to convert a ripped dvd to vcd??. I have already ripped the ripped dvd to a folder on my h/d... now what programs do i use to convert to vcd and split the film files???? please help as my a04 has died and now need to convert my films to vcd Thanks scribbla
the easiest is to use dvd2avi and tmpgenc. Use dvd2avi to make the audio (it will also set up a small file .dv2 for tmpgenc to use as the video). The .dv2 sets things up for tmpgenc to use the ripped vob files as the source for the video. Get tmpgenc 2.57 or greater because it comes with a wizard that makes things easier for newbies.
