NEED HELP TO UNLOCK MY NOKIA 3220b RH-49

    I have a nokia 3220b from cingular i've tried unlocking it myself but it seems that i cant but i dont get a code error or cannot undo restriction code which i imagine is good but. the imei for the phone is 356208000118678 hope someone helps me

    1. Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
    2. Press the UNDO option
    3. You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
    4. Enter the code given and then press (OK)

    I have a Nokia 3220 RH-37

    IMEI 356236008745275 which I just bought on Ebay. Seller claims it is locked to O2 Ireland.

    Can anyone confirm what network it is locked to and/or provide me with an unlock code?
