need help transfer video to pc

    I have a Sony video camera model number DCR-HC-20 and am trying to download my video from the camera to the pc. the directions are fuzzy. can anyone tell how to do it? Thanks

    what kind of cables did your camera come with? USB ? RCA ?

    we got an usb cable that you hook up to video camera to the pc. thats all. no firewall on the pc. anything else you need to know?

    With no firewire, you will have to use the software that came with the camcorder.
