ok....i want to install emulators on my xbox (snes). i tried to install evox but seem too complicated....im completely new to modding....i searched a lot of forums and tryied to figure this out myself, but alas...i failed. after accidentally erasing all of the cds off my box, i gave upon evox. i then talked to a friend o mine on xbox live and said evolution x was better. so using mechassualt, i then installed unleashed x on my box. i selected the waffle tool icon and chose to "install uxe".after which...im pretty sure it backed up my eeprom and created a backup file of my hd.i think it was c:/ drive copyied and backed up to the f:/ drive...i think...somethin like that. anyway...i then ran linux for xbox. a little penguin appeared in the upper left corner and some scripts ran, afterwards it said "it is now safe to turn off your xbox". which i did...i rebooted by opening the tray. THE SCREEN GOES BLACK AND GREEN LETTERS APPEAR THAT READ "SERVICE IS REQUIRED"......there is the number 13 in the upper left corner..........wtf do i do now......sum 1.......plz help. ps. i previously installed ude from the evox tool....hope that didnt mess it up. thx
mistype.........i installed enleashed x.....then when the linux finished running, at the bottom it said "it is now safe to turn off ur xbox". i turned it off and restarted by opening the disc tray...error 13......
what game did u softmod with?? i would put whatever game u used and delete the softmod and try again..
