    How many codes Have you tried?
    Is all the information correct?
    Where the phone was bought(country)
    Original network locked too
    Try another sim in the phone it could be unlocked already

    i only tried just once ....i think all the information is correct cuz i put watever it says there i dindnt mess up......my fone was bought in the phillippines and the company is locked to is GLOBE and i also try my t-mobile sim card and it still dont work...
