Hi there Berry, You won't be able to get your phone unlocked by posting in this forum, unless someone working for your network reads it and is amazingly kind. The best way to do it is to visit an unlocking store like http://www.phoneblitz.com. You can get a RAZR unlock from http://www.phoneblitz.com/phones/RAZRV3.htm. Alternatively you could phone up Cingular and ask them how much they charge. Google searching will also through up some free unlock methods. I wouldn't use it personally as they can damage your phones firmware. Best wishes, Sam

The store clerk said he didn't know how to unlock it and the customer service rep said he didn't know how to either. I can't afford to purchase unlocking services, I'm on disabiity.
