need help unlocking my nokia 6103b w/ROGERS

    Hello. I need help to unlock my Nokia 6103b

    network provider : ROGERS
    Country: CANADA
    IME 359372000392837

    i was hoping to use my phone overseas while travelling but when I put in my sim card in Asia, it did not work.
