    She didnt realize since its a T-Mobile phone she can't simply use her SIM card in it lol. Can someone please help me unlock this phone for her please.

    someone please help me unlock this phone for my mother T-Mobile refuses to give me the unlock code because my old account with them has been cancelled for a year and a half. PLEASE help
