Need help upgrading my computer

I bought this computer for a good deal and would like to upgrade it as much as I can. A quad processor with 6 GB of Ram, I thought it would at least play 1080p or modern games but no luck. I know I need to update my video card: NVIDIA GeForce 6600 LE
