need help URGENTLY.

hi,can someone help me.whenever i want to shut down my pc,i always get 2 warning box.
1st box was : windows script host: can not find script file "c:\windows\boot.ini"
2nd box was : application launcher : unable to load configuration


what should i do to get it right.
