need help w hd upgrade

    my moded xbox is v1.1 original hd works fine but new hd will not work, hd is a wd 80 gig caviar ide hd i have try all i get is all the folders but i canot copy no files to it i have use slayers , flashftp, new hd intall programs, n nothing works can someone help me plz

    Is the wd a Cavier SE? I heard somewhere that the SE wasnt that good w/ the xbox, But I could be wrong.
