can any one please help, i have recorded a short (3.5mb) movie clip on my camera phone which was never saved. i have managed to retrieve the file using a data recovery program (file scavenger and also Ontrack) but now although i have a 3gp file on my computer i can not view it. I have quick time and it plays all my other mpegs from my mobile but not this one. is there any type of repair software i can use to fix this problem, surley if there's a 3.5mb file there i must be able to salvage it, no?? thank you in advance
well chances are the file is damaged even though it says 3.5mb, there still might be bits of video in the file that work but most players if they detect a damaged file wont play it all even if most of the video is in tact. VideoLAN player can play damaged or incomplete downloaded files, try it. http://www.videolan.org/

i have the exact same problem i recovered some files (important 3gp files ) and 1 of them the most important didnt work it says its corrupted any solution plzzzzzzzzzzzzz help
