need help with a programm

    hi guys :)
    so here's my problem..i try to open a programm(exe) that's called mspformat.when i double click it it opens up for a sec and then it closes.....what's the prob?can some1 plz help me?my operating system is windows xp..plz help me :(

    possibily anti-spyware or anti-virus program blocking iy

    or

    your running vista and you need to allow it or run it from admin
