    Hi,
I'm thinking of buying the new Nvidia graphics card, the Nvidia 9800 Geforce GX2. And i was just wondering whether it would run fine or not on my system.

    Here are my specs:-

    OS:- Windows Vista 32Bit
    CPU:- Intel(R) DualCore(TM)2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz (2 CPUs)
    GPU:- Nvidia GeForce 7950 GX2
    RAM:- 2GB
    Display:- 19" Monitor

If I bought a 9800 GX2 would it run ok on that?

Also, would it be possible to run both the 7950GX2 and the 9800GX2 at the same time or would that need a nVidia SLi Motherboard?

    Thanks.

I dont see any probs using that gfx card with your system.

However if you want to run dual SLi cards i think they need to be the same base, same GPU i dont think manufacturers matter

    Ok thanks,

So if I did put in a 9800GX2 on its own it won't slow down the pc or anything like that?

    Cheers
