HI, hoping someone one can help me. have 'The Box' about a year and it started acting up a couple of weeks ago, the channels started disappearing one by one. Entered new codes and most of them came back for a couple of days, today all gone adain so i went in to factory setting and now i have nothing!!!!!!!!!!!! please can some one help me get back on track have no telly.. thanks jack
go to installation and pick the provider and scan. some parts fail just ignore them. then go to the 1570 CAS menu and turn on emu. until your box is updated you need to manually enter codes.
go to menu and press 1570 and CAS menu should come up go to nagravision and press ok to enter. it will then say key <00> and a line of codes like FF.FF... and so on enter it and press ok to save then go to <00> and move it to <01> and enter that code. we're not allowed post codes or tell where to get them on this forum anymore but you'll find them somewhere.
hey i did what you said picked provider did automatic scan said it found 36 channels did manual scan found no channels went into 1570 and emu key was on but still nothing.
just checked and correct codes are there but still nothing its saying the name of the station al right but no picture do i have to reset all the channels or something???? sorry about this
what is the box saying. try going back into the 1570 menu and setting default key then enter them again. sounds like you have bad signal to only pick up 39 channels.
