Need help with DVD Santa

    I am using DVD Santa and have tried to copy soem of my file but after it copies I cann here the video, but is no picture. "WWW.DVD Santa.com" is across the screen. Before I copy the file a message pop up that says "cannot open video stream " Can anyone help me?

    It means DVDSanta cannot open the video files for transcoding. Are these avis?

    Yes. How do I change the files?

    You may first try to convert with another program (e.g. VSO DivxToDVD). If the problem persists, you may then try change the codec of the avis with e.g. Power Video Converter or Advanced X Video Converter (try set video to xvid and audio to mpeg layer 3).
